Your Tasks:

  • You will act as the central contact point for our customers and partners via phone and email
  • You will be responsible for the entire order process, recording orders, creating order confirmations, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers
  • You will work closely with our warehouse team, key account managers, and international colleagues in New Zealand and China
  • You will actively support the team in projects and continuously work on optimizing our internal processes to improve service
  • You will create listing documents, partly via customer portals
  • Your ideas are welcome: You will help shape the company and actively drive it forward

Your Profile:

  • You have a completed education or comparable experience in customer service or a similar field
  • You have a strong service and customer orientation and enjoy dealing with customers and sales partners
  • You are a true team player, work solution-oriented, independently, and impress with strong communication skills
  • You have very good organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Your working style is characterized by high reliability, accuracy, and a strong sense of quality
  • You have IT affinity – very good Excel skills are a must, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • You have very good German and English language skills in both writing and speaking
