Technical Account Management Team Member

The Technical Account Management team is seeking an individual contributor to support our Premier accounts in the United States. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and deep knowledge of Zoom's products. This role is key to building strategic relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring their success with Zoom solutions and driving long-term satisfaction and engagement. This role supports US-based customers and requires availability during US business hours on a regular basis.

Customer Services play a crucial role in improving the customer experience within Zoom. We actively build relationships, encourage product usage, and act as dedicated post-sales contacts for customers. We provide customers with useful resources that will enable them to succeed with our solutions, we effectively manage internal procedures and work across departments. Our success is achieved by consistently implementing the strategies with a commitment to excellence.

What we're looking for:

  • Have a Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science/Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Have excellent communication, analytical skills & problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
  • Be able to articulate complex technical topics, diplomatically address customer concerns, and provide consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Demonstrate experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions, functions, and time zones.
  • Possess experience with Video Conferencing (VC), Web Conferencing vendors, IP Telephony, SIP/ H323, and Audio/Video codecs— considered a plus.
