Channel Account Manager

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for driving Zoom's platform sales through our reselling channel partners in Germany. The position is part of the Channel Team and reports to the Channel Leader for the CEE region.

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • Have 5 years of channel sales experience and direct strategic sales experience with a sustained track record of success
  • Have experience in UCaaS, CCaaS and the partner business
  • Have experience in handling large-scale, complex and strategic channel partnerships
  • Able to manage complex sales motions, strategic selling, and solution-based approaches
  • Demonstrate a personality with a can-do approach and a positive mindset to change and learning
  • Able to manage complex channel and partner engagements, maintaining senior-level relationships, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and territories
