The Role: The new resource will be inserted into the Customer Support & Logistic office at the Lainate headquarters. They will support the team in activities related to customer service and logistics.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Warehouse management
• Management of delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Management of shipments (including international) and relationships with internal couriers and customers
• Support in international activities (shipments, phone calls, video calls, emails, etc.)

Qualifications Required:

• Experience in a similar role
• Fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (AS400, SAP, etc.)
• High school diploma

Location: Lainate (MI)

Contract: Minimum 6-month internship, full time. Possibility of internship renewal.
