Customer Support Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer support, supply chain, or order management experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and collaborating across international teams.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and operational support. You will manage customer interactions, support manual order handling in SAP, coordinate delivery timelines, and help resolve technical and shipment-related inquiries.

You will work closely with customer support, technical support, and shipment support teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process manual customer orders in SAP

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Support customers with order status, lead times, delivery updates, and shipment coordination

  • Assist with technical customer support and issue resolution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer and operational issues

  • Troubleshoot and escalate more complex cases when needed

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality

  • Identify opportunities for process and service improvements

What We Are Looking For

  • A few years of experience in customer support, supply chain, order management, or a similar field

  • Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) – mandatory

  • Experience working with customers and managing customer relationships

  • SAP knowledge is highly beneficial

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
