This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer support, supply chain, or order management experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and collaborating across international teams.
As a Customer Support Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and operational support. You will manage customer interactions, support manual order handling in SAP, coordinate delivery timelines, and help resolve technical and shipment-related inquiries.
You will work closely with customer support, technical support, and shipment support teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Manage and process manual customer orders in SAP
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Support customers with order status, lead times, delivery updates, and shipment coordination
Assist with technical customer support and issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer and operational issues
Troubleshoot and escalate more complex cases when needed
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality
Identify opportunities for process and service improvements
A few years of experience in customer support, supply chain, order management, or a similar field
Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) – mandatory
Experience working with customers and managing customer relationships
SAP knowledge is highly beneficial
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
12-month contract with an international and purpose-driven company
First 3 months: full-time office presence in Strzelin
Afterwards: hybrid work arrangement
