Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive IT Support & Infrastructure Administrator to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, provide technical support to employees, and ensure smooth operation of all systems and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration, user support, and IT project participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and administration for users and IT infrastructure.
  • Source, prepare, and deliver equipment for employees, including logistics for remote workers.
  • Set up new hardware, including initial software installation and configuration.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk to handle incoming IT requests and resolve issues.
  • Monitor software license usage and compliance.
  • Participate in planning and development of the company's information systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Create, remove, and manage user accounts.
  • Participate in remote technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Advise employees on problem-solving and IT-related issues.
  • Monitor user infrastructure and company IT services.

Requirements:

  • Professional education in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in system administration: Windows AD, Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, OKTA.
  • Experience with technical support of SIP clients/applications.
  • General understanding of GDPR and information security requirements.
  • Understanding of networking principles, IP addressing, and routing.
  • Knowledge of remote access technologies (VPN, Remote Access, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell).
  • Experience with modern distributed team technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud services principles.
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
