(Senior) Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) - Remote

As a Customer Success Manager at Xentral, you are not just a technical expert but a true partner for our customers. Your Tasks

• You support our (larger) customers on an operational level and help the team understand, structure, and drive the implementations of their requirements
• You use your ERP experience and deep customer understanding to develop and continuously optimize basic customer success processes
• You bring in your technical know-how to discuss, prioritize, and solve customer problems with second-level, product, and engineering customers
• You accompany the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, success, renewal, and attrition

Your Profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, IT, economics, or a similar field
• You have 5+ years of experience working with ERP software solutions and a strong understanding of business processes
• You have extensive operational experience with complex products and a deep understanding of customer and partner requirements, sometimes also on a technical level
• You have good organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to set priorities and allocate time for successful implementation
• You have an affinity for technology and are familiar with the technical aspects associated with the role
• You speak fluent German and English
