Service Desk Administrator
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Service Desk Administrator with an active Secret clearance to provide Tier I phone support and troubleshooting in compliance with established policies/procedures. This position will be located in Arlington, VA, and will be a fully remote position within the United States.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing Tier I phone support and troubleshooting in compliance with established policies/procedures.
- Providing supplemental hands-on desk-side support when required.
- Meeting contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in regards to speed to answer, first call resolution, abandonment rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Creating, updating, and tracking service requests/incidents within the ticketing system, and assisting with maintaining/updating support documentation.
- Supporting Microsoft Windows environments and resolving Tier 1 hardware and software problems with tools such as MS Office and Windows 10.
Qualifications include:
- High School with 3-6 years IT support (or commensurate experience).
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability.
