The associate will effectively manage the day-to-day filing, paperwork, client communications, and other clerical/administrative duties as directed in a proficient and timely manner. He/She will greet clients entering the office. He/She will answer incoming phone calls and assist in setting appointments. Excellent customer service and a great attitude is expected. Greet clients entering the office, make them feel welcome. Confidentiality is an absolute requirement. Answer incoming phone calls, provide answers to client inquiries when able. Manage the daily office activities including but not limited to filing, faxing, computer skills, and other duties as necessary. Assist in scheduling appointments and other client activities such as follow up. Be able to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic business environment. Must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task and prioritize those tasks. Be a good team player.
