Wunderflats is Germany's market leader for flexible furnished housing. The Berlin-based scale-up was founded in 2015 by Jan Hase and Arkadi Jampolski. Your mission is to make sure that tenants and landlords at Wunderflats have the best possible experience – personally, solution-oriented, and with the extra special touch. With your commitment, you ensure that our customers are not only satisfied but also thrilled.

Your Mission

  • Enthuse and support our customers beyond the expected with a go-the-extra-mile mindset.
  • Accompany tenants and landlords proactively through the entire application and booking process.
  • Recognize individual needs and find suitable apartments from the Wunderflats portfolio to create genuine win-win solutions.
  • Act as the interface between tenants and landlords and handle challenging situations confidently and solution-oriented.
  • Guide your work data-based, follow clear KPIs, and develop strategies to exceed goals.
  • Drive process optimizations and ensure a direct contribution to the company's success through your performance.

Your Profile

  • Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2) skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-initiative and the ability to take responsibility independently.
  • Routine in using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
  • Strong customer orientation and focus on measurable results (KPI mindset).
  • Data-driven and performance-driven: you use insights to continuously improve processes and results.
  • High motivation, willingness to learn, and personal drive in a dynamic environment.
