Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic support for the company's internal order processing systems and applications
- Offer daily technical assistance to users (PCs, printers, network issues, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment (hardware/software)
- Record and resolve basic technical issues
- Communicate with external partners or the central IT department abroad when needed
