Qualifications:
7-10+ years of experience in program management, project management, PMO support, or related roles within a technology or digital product environment.
Experience creating and maintaining weekly scorecards, dashboards, or status reports.
Experience in a digital product or software development environment.
Experience working with large teams, over 50 team members.
Experience organizing events or team-building activities (e.g., murals, offsites) and coordinating logistics.
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with large cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, analytics, operations) and at multiple organizational levels.
Strong organizational and task-management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information into clear updates for executives and diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams/Outlook, Smartsheet, Shortcut, or similar).
Ability to identify dependencies and risks, with a structured approach to escalation and remediation.
Comfortable with a mix of strategic coordination and hands-on administrative tasks.
Problem-solving mindset, proactive, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Familiarity with agile frameworks and common product development lifecycles.
Basic data literacy (reading dashboards, interpreting metrics) to inform updates.
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $97,600 to $122k annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
