What You'll Do
- Support the client service team with renewals, proposals, and benefit materials
- Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, and internal teammates
- Assist with data gathering, reports, and documentation
- Keep our CRM and timelines organized and accurate
- Solve problems and make things better each day
