As a Customer Success Specialist, you will build upon your initial customer service experience to manage more integrated aspects of the customer lifecycle. You will support various post-sales activities, assist with product usage training, and ensure that customers effectively engage with our solutions. Your work will contribute significantly to customer retention and satisfaction.
Key tasks include supporting more complex customer onboarding processes, handling multiple customer inquiries with increasing complexity, assisting in resolving intermediate technical issues and troubleshooting, conducting intermediate product training sessions for customers, monitoring and analyzing customer usage patterns, documenting and communicating recurring customer feedback to the team, collaborating with sales and support teams on customer issues, identifying and escalating critical customer issues, recommending product/service improvements based on customer feedback, and assisting in development and refinement of onboarding materials.
You're a great fit if you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience, advanced communication skills, customer relationship management skills, analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, product knowledge, training skills, basic project management skills, technical proficiency with CRM and other customer support software, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule from our West Adams Street location.
