As an Accounting Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and enhancing their experience. You will handle various operational tasks and assist customers with more complex inquiries regarding invoices. This position offers an opportunity to further develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key tasks include:

  • Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries regarding invoices.
  • Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints.
  • Verify and update representation and billing information.
  • Assist with account updates and changes.
  • Revise and void invoices related to representation.
  • Provide detailed product and service information.
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Update and maintain customer records.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standards.
  • Implement and adhere to administrative procedures and policies.

  • Advanced product knowledge: Good understanding of multiple product/service features.
  • Must be computer literate; intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in accounting/bookkeeping preferred.
  • QA understanding: Knowledge of quality assurance standards.
