Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to fuel ongoing growth and market share expansion.
  • Stay engaged with clients post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction, turning each interaction into a positive and productive partnership.
  • Provide valuable feedback to product teams to drive continuous improvement, enhancing our offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market trends, compiling actionable insights to inform decision-making and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Represent Wolters Kluwer at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings, further strengthening our reputation as a trusted market leader.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in Field Sales or Account Management, ideally in a B2B environment, with a proven ability to drive revenue and build strong client relationships.
  • A solid understanding of the healthcare market and dynamics with a deep knowledge of the clinical effectiveness landscape.
  • Fluent in Swedish/Finnish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. You can confidently interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to plan and execute an effective territory/account strategy, leveraging available resources to maximize impact.
  • A passion for growth, thriving in a dynamic environment, looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact while growing with the company.
