About the role
We are looking for ambitious Account Executives to drive the growth of Libra at law firms and in the legal departments of companies in your region. You will represent a top-tier AI platform already used by Europe's most innovative legal teams—your mission is to expand its reach.
You will take responsibility for the entire sales cycle, directly engaging with managing partners, general counsels, and innovation leaders. Working closely with our Customer Success and Legal Engineering teams—lawyers who transform expertise into scalable AI solutions—you will ensure that every customer interaction delivers maximum value and credibility.

You will report to one of our Sales Directors and work with a growing team of dedicated professionals. Together, you will foster a culture of performance, agility, and customer focus—laying the foundation for sustainable growth in the region.
Your tasks
Responsibility for the entire sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to contract signing; often in close collaboration with the account managers of our content businesses with established customer relationships
Building and maintaining relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, heads of legal departments, and innovation leaders
Strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities
Collaborating with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos, pilot projects, and AI workflows tailored to customer needs
Developing a deep understanding of customer pain points, workflows, and legal processes to drive targeted sales efforts
Analyzing complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases
Precisely managing multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes
Maintaining accurate pipeline management and applying qualification frameworks to improve forecast accuracy
Utilizing customer-centric sales methods (e.g., Challenger Sale) to qualify and advance complex deals
Delivering compelling presentations and business cases that illustrate the ROI and strategic impact of Libra
Sharing market insights and customer feedback with product and leadership teams to influence the roadmap
Contributing to the development of our enterprise sales playbook—we shape this process together
Your profile
Education
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable commercial field
Experience
3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS new business with a proven track record
A keen commercial sense and confident presence when addressing C-level decision-makers in law, compliance, or operations
Proven ability to manage complex purchasing processes and influence cross-functional buying committees
Experience selling to law firms, legal departments, or professional services—or the curiosity and drive to learn quickly
Skills
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities—you build trust in every conversation
Team-oriented mindset: you enjoy working closely with Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and product teams
Entrepreneurial spirit: proactive, structured, and results-driven
German at native level and fluent English
High trustworthiness, speed, and genuine passion for transforming the legal industry through AI
Nice to have
Legal background (study or law firm experience), especially if you are ready to transition from practice to transformation
Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms and their value proposition
Collaboration
This is a hybrid role where you will spend at least eight days a month in our office to leverage the benefits of in-person collaboration.
