AriensCo, a global leader in outdoor power equipment, is looking for a passionate Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Service Team at our location in Brillion, WI or Fayetteville, TN. In this role, you\'ll play a critical part in delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and dealers by providing expert technical support throughout the entire product life cycle-ensuring service needs are met quickly and effectively. The Day To Day...

• Act as subject matter expert to diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues via telephone, email, and other technologies that can include but not limited to the following: electrical systems, four-cycle engine, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and transaxle drive systems
• Conduct product research of internal data including warranty, recorded customer service interactions, field team feedback to be shared with internal groups
• Review and process warranty claims submitted by dealer network
• Provide support as a subject matter expert to customer support representatives and other staff
• Create internal and external resources for aftersales product support
• Participate and/or lead special projects as product service expert related to new product development, service assessments, and product research as requested
