Service Desk Administrator - Remote Eligible

Service Desk Administrator

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Service Desk Administrator with an active Secret clearance to provide Tier I phone support and troubleshooting in compliance with established policies/procedures. This position will be located in Arlington, VA, and will be a fully remote position within the United States.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing Tier I phone support and troubleshooting in compliance with established policies/procedures.
• Providing supplemental hands-on desk-side support when required.
• Meeting contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in regards to speed to answer, first call resolution, abandonment rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Creating, updating, and tracking service requests/incidents within the ticketing system, and assisting with maintaining/updating support documentation.
• Supporting Microsoft Windows environments and resolving Tier 1 hardware and software problems with tools such as MS Office and Windows 10.

Qualifications include:

• High School with 3 - 6 years IT support (or commensurate experience).
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability.
