As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Specialist in Brookfield, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.

+ Document and report incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal policies and client-specific requirements.

+ Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols, adapting to changing conditions and requirements at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
