NEXT Electric, LLC is seeking a full-time Construction Project Coordinator in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This role supports the Construction Services Manager and Project Managers by setting up projects in the ERP system, entering project plans and change order budgeting, monitoring schedules with the project team, and preparing, coordinating, and maintaining RFI, CO, and Submittal Logs. The coordinator also prepares, reviews, and edits correspondence, reports, proposals, project submittals, and closeout documents. Additionally, they prepare and submit permit applications, inspection reports, and requests for change orders. This position requires 1 or more years of experience as a commercial electrical or construction project coordinator, proficient PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) skills, the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, effective communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skills. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
