Where you will work:

This position offers a hybrid work option of up to 40% remote work, generally available after one year of onboarding, and is based out of the Sun Prairie, WI office location.

The contributions you will make:

Serves as the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships by providing exceptional levels of service. Primary responsibilities include monetary accounting activities, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accounts and portfolio servicing. Provides coordination for office operations, including events, in order to create a positive environment for clients and team members.

A typical day:

Client Service Provides front line customer service to clients, proactively identifying needs and resolving a variety of requests via phone, online and in-person to ensure a positive and consistent experience. Establishes, develops and maintains a strong relationship with internal and external clients and third parties, acting as a liaison between groups.
