Customer Support & Regulatory Coordinator
We are seeking an entry-level Customer Support & Regulatory Coordinator to help ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and support. In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple departments to manage orders, answer customer questions, and assist with product-related documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow their career in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution.
- Support customers through timely and accurate order entry and fulfillment.
- Manage and fulfill product sample requests.
- Assist with preparing product and regulatory documentation.
- Help coordinate information between internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide administrative support for business meetings and marketing initiatives.
Other Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in customer service, order management, or office support is a plus.
- This role will involve periods of standing, walking, lifting, and mild physical activity.
