Job Specifications

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Rate: $20/HR

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
