Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will support sales by providing exceptional customer care and sales support. Responsibilities include: managing internal activities and external customer expectations to ensure superior service, handling order entry via phone and email, working extensively in Salesforce and SAP systems, and providing solutions to drive sales growth and minimize errors during peak season.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools

Work Environment:

• Initial onsite training for 2–4 weeks.
• Hybrid schedule: Mon/Tues/Thu onsite, Wed/Fri remote.
• Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Indefinite contract with potential for permanent hire.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delavan, WI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
