The IT Help Desk and Telecom Support Technician will provide first-line support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, with additional expertise in telecommunications systems, including VoIP and PBX setups. This role involves resolving technical problems efficiently, maintaining communication infrastructure, and assisting with telecom equipment installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous IT Help Desk experience, some Telecoms background, and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate must reside in Tallahassee, FL, and be available to work onsite. Additionally, this position requires extensive travel between Tallahassee and Miami.
