Our team is dedicated to creating a calm and supportive environment for both pets and their owners during stressful times. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and empathetic Client Service Representative to join our front-line team and ensure that every interaction with our clients is a positive and memorable experience.
As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a critical role in setting the tone for their experience at our clinic. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities, from greeting clients to managing communications and helping coordinate patient care. This is a key role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a genuine love for animals and people. Client service experience is required. Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required.
