We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to serve as the first point of contact for IT support at our South Charleston facility. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network infrastructure, and supporting production systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Annually. Full-time, Direct Hire. Education: HS Diploma + 3 years experience OR AS Degree + 1 year experience. Preferred: Manufacturing environment experience; A+ or MCP certification.
