Customer Service Representative

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

The main purpose of this position is the processing of Customer Purchase Orders for spare parts and liaising with allocated customers to assist with their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
  • Generation of quotes for allocated Customer accounts
  • Sales Order entry for allocated Customer accounts
  • Reporting on order status of spare parts and on delivery status of spare parts
  • Manage returns/Credits/CAR's
  • Assisting Finance with invoice queries
  • Assisting Sales teams with Pricing, On time Delivery reporting

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, email systems (Outlook), and familiarity with SAP (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with managing difficult situations, respond promptly to needs, and meet commitments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
