Customer Service Officer
The primary purpose of this role is to process customer purchase orders for spare parts and to liaise with allocated customers in order to support and fulfil their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for allocated customer accounts based on customer requirements and system data.
- Process customer spare parts purchase orders in ERP systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and interpret customer purchase orders to ensure correct part numbers, quantities, pricing, and delivery details are entered into the system.
- Liaise with customers to clarify incomplete or unclear order information and ensure accurate order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Logistics, and Finance) to resolve order-related queries and ensure smooth processing through to delivery.
- Provide timely updates to customers on order status, delivery timelines, and any changes affecting their orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data and order records within ERP and related systems.
- Process returns, credits, and corrective action requests (CARs) in line with company procedures.
- Support Finance with invoice-related queries to facilitate accurate billing and collections.
- Assist Sales teams with pricing-related updates and on-time delivery information where required.
- Escalate potential pricing discrepancies, margin concerns, or system issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- This role does not require a formal degree. We are looking for candidates with around 2 years or more of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, or supply chain operations, or equivalent hands-on experience in ERP-based transaction roles.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required, as the role involves regular interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment and handling high volumes of transactional work.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential, particularly when processing purchase orders and sales orders in ERP systems.
- Experience working with ERP systems is important. SAP experience is preferred; however, experience with other ERP systems is acceptable.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and email systems are required.
