Responsibilities include coordinating and troubleshooting daily activities of customer service employees, taking part in store management duties and projects, leading and developing a team of customer service focused team members, providing incredible customer service to customers and employees alike, quickly reacting to situations that arise, and participating in and/or leading special projects and assignments across the store.
Required qualifications include customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting, proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment, and computer skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience leading a team and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters.
