Customer Service Representative

ERA, A Waters Company is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our organization to support our strategic accounts. In this role, the individual will be a part of our outstanding customer service group supporting our customers throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will achieve individual quality and productivity goals in accordance with established objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and order requests via telephone calls, email and fax correspondence.
  2. Demonstrate our commitment to service by following up on calls and ensuring superior results to drive customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct outbound sales calls to support sales initiatives and enhance the customer experience with ERA.
  4. Accurately log information from calls in our CRM tool.
  5. Respond to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information.
  6. Display a commitment to quality by following required procedures and practices, taking all appropriate measures to ensure quality and search for continuous improvement opportunities.
  7. Excel at working as part of a team.
  8. Self-motivated, action oriented.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years customer service experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or science.
  • Proficient with contact management software (CRM).
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Technical background in the sciences preferred by not required.
