Gill Hauling, a Waste Connections Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate product and service information
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining customer records and updating account information
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications and skills:
Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
