This position is responsible for providing administrative support for account services and project management. Sr. Account Coordinators work with cross-functional departments to monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process to meet deadlines, managing multiple client accounts and gaining a deeper understanding of business operations. They demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to respond to questions or requests and provide accurate order details and updates, while exercising independent decision-making.
Sr. Account Coordinators are proficient with ERP and quoting systems (such as SyteLine and AutoQuotes) to manage orders, prepare client and freight quotes, and maintain documentation. They also handle small orders from quote to cash, expedite full store orders, and actively participate in project management tasks, including tracking key milestones, maintaining project materials, preparing shipments, requesting installations, and attending project meetings.
