Drive the future of flight at Korry Electronics! We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to spearhead business growth. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary driver of business growth within a strategic portfolio of new and existing customers. You will lead the sales pursuit of highly engineered components and sub-systems across our specialized business units: Components, Utility Control Systems, and Displays & DCU. Partnering closely with Business Unit leadership and product line teams, you will provide both strategic and tactical direction to cross-functional proposal teams. Your mission is to develop winning offerings and navigate complex negotiations from the initial lead all the way to final contract execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business. MBA is a plus!
Preferred Experience:
Highly motivated and self-driven, competitive, strong desire to "Win". Strong track record of building collaborative relationships with internal peer groups and external customers and partners. A strong background in commercial aviation, particularly in managing aftermarket sales and customer relationships with major commercial airline operators. Comfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environment. Exposure to distribution channels and a strong understanding of the aerospace aftermarket landscape.
