Requirements Account Executive

This is where you come in. We're looking for an Account Executive who will form in-depth partnerships with our customers and provide tailored solutions that create maximum comfort and efficiency in their buildings. In our Service Special Projects Department, you'll handle projects that require ongoing HVAC maintenance contracts or quick-turnaround tenant improvements. • Results – Identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC retrofit and tenant improvement projects.
• Partnership – Build strong, lasting partnerships with our customers and anticipate their needs.
• Quality Execution – Perform project management duties, including effective cost and risk management, quality assurance, and timely delivery.

The Account Executive role reports to Rob Painter, Lead Account Executive, and is part of a collaborative team driving a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This high-profile position engages with all levels and functions across the organization.

Your Background: What Kind of Person Will Thrive in This Role?

You should have:

• 3+ years of prior sales experience.
• A proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and capturing new business opportunities.
• A degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical field (preferred but not required).

And everyone you work with should describe you as:

• Exceptional at building relationships with internal and external customers.
• Skilled at preparing and presenting effective sales proposals.
• Detail-oriented when managing in-progress projects (forecasting and billing, cost and risk management, quality assurance, etc.).
• A go-getter and problem-solver.

• Being a true partner to our customers and anticipating their needs.
• Empowering yourself to learn new things — if you need constant handholding or a micromanager, this won't be the place for you.

Benefits

Compensation: Base salary of $70,000 annually, plus commissions and vehicle compensation. Eligible for ramp-up and performance bonuses.
