Wallester AS is an Estonian licensed payment service provider that develops financial digital technology and issues VISA cards. Since 2018, we have been an official Visa partner and Visa FinTech Fast Track Member issuing physical and virtual cards of any type: debit cards, credit cards, prepaid cards, and cards for business.

Our distinctive advantage is a unique REST API created by our in-house development team. Easily integrated with any platform, it allows clients to launch card programs quickly and efficiently.

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who share our vision of creating truly high-quality and profitable products for our clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Own and manage the operational performance of the WB CRM department.
  2. Lead CRM operations through Team Leads, ensuring workload balance and KPI execution.
  3. Monitor and analyze key metrics: lead inflow, conversion rates, onboarding speed, funnel efficiency, and portfolio dynamics.
  4. Ensure high data quality and discipline in CRM systems (accuracy, completeness, correct statuses).
  5. Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement process improvements.
  6. Prepare regular performance reports and analytical insights for the CCO and management.
  7. Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.
  8. Support hiring, onboarding, and development of CRM staff together with Team Leads.
  9. Act as the primary owner of day-to-day CRM WB operations, with minimal client-facing involvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, CRM, customer success, or similar roles (fintech, payments, or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with large datasets, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Proven experience managing teams directly or via Team Leads.
  • Solid understanding of funnels, conversion metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • High level of ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar is a strong plus).
