Voya Financial seeks an experienced Sr. Implementation Consultant with OMNI experience to manage the transition of Large/Mega Corporate Market 401k Plans & TEM/Tax Exempt to Voya as well as for documenting and testing new client implementation projects.

Profile Description:

  • Formulate and define system set up and requirements through best practice research, fact-finding and templates, combined with knowledge of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
  • Support system requirements and user acceptance testing phases in Omni for medium to large scope enhancements and projects
  • Production support for new business going live
  • Develop or modify processes to resolve moderate to complex business issues (i.e. financial payroll, demographic payroll, & feedback payroll) and formulate desired results; includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of system requirements, and translation of business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Competent to work at a high technical level for most phases of implementation projects; consider the broader business implications of proposed solutions to current and future business needs.
  • Ability to analyze, work with and create data files and file layouts.
  • Support QA team research.
  • Support Implementation Manager by developing detailed project information.
  • Use of requirement/defect management tools.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of OMNI experience required (7.4 - 7.5 preferred).
  • Detailed knowledge of retirement plans and services.
  • This is a client facing role - excellent communication skills required.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, detail oriented.
  • Proven technical proficiency and desktop computing skills.
  • Able to multi-task and possess the ability to reprioritize tasks as necessary.
  • Self-starter

General Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. $67,700 - $112,850 USD
