Groningen, 40 hours, immediate start
Ask in the market which companies you should call for job posting and they will all mention VONQ. We have a self-built platform for recruitment automation that fully responds to the automated placement of vacancies on a large portfolio of job boards. These can also be linked to an ATS. You help customers with their questions that come in via the ticket system. These questions relate to their job posting account and since each customer environment is uniquely set up, you get to solve a technical puzzle every time to help the customer as best as possible.
You are also involved in implementing our product where you guide a customer from A to Z in the technical connections towards go live. You also give training to customers to help them further in their account. In short, a broad role with a lot of customer contact and variety.
You have 6 colleagues with whom you form a team and have daily contact. You discuss in broad terms what implementations and customer cases are running and whether any actions are needed from the Sales colleagues. Together you discuss the workload and what else comes up, such as complex customer cases and structural issues for which you think together with a solution.
What do you bring? It certainly helps if you already have support experience in a technical environment but it is not a must. We would like to teach you all the content matters within the role and we find it more important that you want to learn, are a doer and want to make an impact for our customers.
You have at least a completed MBO education in the direction of IT, and demonstrable HBO work and thinking level.
You have several years of experience in a customer support role (preferably in a technical/IT environment but not a must, you find software/IT interesting!).
You are good at thinking and communicating with customers in solutions and you like to think outside the box to help customers.
You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages in speech and writing.
Personality: You can set priorities and have perseverance. You are able to work independently, disciplined and structured and can think outside the box. You really like working in a team and for customers.
Bonus points:
Knowledge of concepts such as XML and APIs
You speak an additional language besides Dutch and English
