Responsibilities

  • Support our Customer Success Lead in the day-to-day operations and advise our customers from the first contact to a long-term customer relationship.
  • Conduct independent online demo appointments and engaging onboardings for potential customers (inbound).
  • Process incoming support tickets (mainly via email and chat).
  • Engage closely with the sales team and our developers to ensure continuous product improvements and developments.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as expanding our knowledge database and feedback tool.

Qualification

  • A successful completed commercial training, a commercial degree, or a comparable qualification.
  • Newcomers from the healthcare sector are welcome.
  • Your positive attitude and open nature make it easy for you to approach people and recognize their needs.
  • You consider communication skills and problem-solving competence as your strengths and enjoy helping customers even on the phone.
  • You quickly and systematically work your way into new systems and software – dealing with digital tools is a matter of course for you.
  • Ideally, you have experience in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent German and good English skills (C1).
  • Good self-management and time management as well as initiative characterize you.
