Job Description

• Prepare daily shipping labels (AusPost & DHL) and ensure DHL customs/tariff info is correct.

• Manage returns & size exchanges via Redo and Shopify; create labels; reserve stock; update inventory.

• Handle customer enquiries (email/chat) using existing FAQs/macros; escalate complex cases.

• Code transactions and maintain tidy records in Xero per the client's chart/rules.

• Compile weekly KPIs in a spreadsheet from Shopify/ads dashboards provided.

• Maintain and follow SOPs; suggest process improvements.

• Create product listings on Ebay and Depop

Must Haves

• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines

• 2+ years e-commerce customer service/operations experience.

• Demonstrated tenure in e-commerce CS/ops (referenceable).

• Clear written communication; professional customer tone.

• Ability to work to morning deadlines and manage bursts (pre-orders).

• Reliable home setup with stable internet and power backup practices.

• Experience with Shopify (core flows, exchanges, refunds, manual stock).

• Background with Australia Post & DHL label generation (ShipStation or native portals).

• Experience with Redo (returns portal) or similar returns apps.

• Knowledge with Xero (basic transaction coding).

• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail); live chat platform (TBC).

• SEO exposure/familiarity; be willing to undertake training to upskill.

• Klaviyo exposure or similar CRM

Home Office Requirements
