Backed by more than two decades of service, the Company offers structured educational and counseling services tailored for justice-involved youth and adults. These programs available both face-to-face and online via Zoom are recognized by the courts and designed to lower the risk of reoffending while encouraging more positive life choices.
• Scan and upload all client sign-in sheets, contract agreements, and evaluations
• Review and update the registration spreadsheet and client balance sheet
• Input new client data into the database
• Call and reschedule clients who missed appointments
• Send enrollment, completion, and discharge letters
• Email progress reports and letters to probation officers, court officers, or case workers
• Send text message reminders to clients and follow up with calls as needed
• Ensure all new registrations are processed and letters are sent
• Prepare completion certificates for full program and one-day participants
• Organize and prepare client folders and sign-in sheets for upcoming classes
• Check and restock supplies (e.g., receipt paper) for weekend sessions
• Create and organize binders for each program (Theft Intervention, Parenting, Anger Management, etc.)
• Include certificates and evaluation forms in binders as needed
• Complete any unfinished tasks from the previous day
• Prepare electronic sign-in sheets for classes
• Ensure all paperwork and digital records are complete and up to date
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately manage client records and documentation
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, probation officers, and other stakeholders
