The client operates a small, locally based gym in California that specializes in providing personalized training services. They focus on tailored fitness programs designed to meet each client's unique goals, whether it's strength building, weight management, or overall wellness.
• Handle client issues, inquiries, and appointment scheduling via phone calls.
• Assist with managing and organizing documents.
• Create and maintain reports for internal use.
• Perform basic video editing for social media content.
• Generate captions and support content creation for social media postings.
• Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY.
• Experience in client success or customer support.
• Basic knowledge of social media management.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
• Strong willingness and capacity to learn without extensive training.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
