ICF seeks an experienced Lead Training and Technical Assistance Specialist to provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities. In this role, you will support communities and the management of their federal awards. You will contribute to the development of innovative, high-quality products and services to support ICF's projects and partnerships in Indian Country and throughout Alaska. Applicants should have the ability and willingness to travel up to 25%. This position is ON-CALL, Part-Time with variable hours; assignments are made on a demand-response basis, so hours are completely variable. We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US.

Pay Range
There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $89,203.00 - $151,646.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
