• Team Leadership: You lead our local sales inside team, motivate and develop your team.
• Sales-Prozesse Master: You optimize processes and implement smart strategies.
• Customer Hero: You are the contact person for tricky questions, support your team and ensure a top customer experience.
• Innovator: You always think one step ahead and bring fresh ideas into play.

Your Profile:

• A completed commercial education or study – sales in the blood is a plus!
• Several years of experience in sales inside and ideally leadership experience.
• Communication talent with tact and determination.
• Teamplayer mentality, who also keeps the overview in hectic times.
• Proactive, structured working method and desire for growth – personally and as a team.
