Villeroy & Boch Hungary Ltd. is a member of one of the largest ceramics manufacturing groups in Europe, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with German language skills for back office tasks. Tasks include recording and modifying orders, handling complaints, contacting customers in writing, written and verbal communication with foreign colleagues, and preparing and amending price quotations.
Expectations include strong German and English/any other language skills, the ability to work reliably, the ability to work independently and accurately, and computer skills at user level. Any other foreign language skills and SAP skills at user level are a plus.
