Customer Service Specialist (German Speaking)

Tasks:

• Recording and modifying orders;
• Handling complaints;
• Contacting customers in writing;
• Written and verbal communication with foreign colleagues;
• Preparing and amending price quotations.

Expectations:

• Strong German and English/any other language skills;
• Ability to work reliably;
• Ability to work independently and accurately;
• Computer skills at user level.

Nice to have:

• Any other foreign language skills;
• SAP skills at user level.
