Tasks:

• Recording and modifying orders;
• Handling complaints;
• Contacting customers in writing;
• Written and verbal communication with Finnish colleagues;
• Preparing and amending price quotations.

Expectations:

• Basic Finnish language skills;
• Ability to work reliably;
• Ability to work independently and accurately;
• Computer skills at user level.
