Villeroy & Boch Hungary Ltd. is a member of one of the largest ceramics manufacturing groups in Europe is looking for a Customer Service Agent with French language skills for back office tasks.

Tasks:

• Recording and modifying orders
• Handling complaints
• Contacting customers in writing
• Written and verbal communication with French colleagues
• Preparing and amending price quotations

Expectations:

• Ability to work reliably
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Computer skills at user level
• Written and verbal communication in advanced French and English language
