We are seeking an experienced and passionate eCommerce Key Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts within the Dutch Bath & Belgium Wellness market, specifically focusing on major eCommerce platforms and industry eCom specialists in BeNeLux. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, expanding our market share, and building strong, lasting relationships with our valued partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans for key eCommerce platforms in the Netherlands and Belgium (including key platforms like Bol.com, Praxis, Gamma).
Sales Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth for Bath & Wellness products through these key accounts.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key account stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and (online) marketing teams.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior within the Dutch & Belgium Bath & Wellness eCommerce landscape.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, market share, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and implement omni-channel strategies to optimize performance.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Bath & Wellness product portfolio, including features, benefits, and target audience.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional strategies with key accounts.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, legal, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience (3+ years) as an eCommerce Key Account Manager, ideally within the Bath & Wellness sector.
In-depth knowledge of the BeNeLux eCommerce market, particularly the major platforms mentioned above.
Strong understanding of online sales strategies, digital marketing channels, and performance analysis tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Bonus Points:
Experience with Amazon, Bol.com, or other major marketplaces.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
Passion for the Bath & Wellness industry.
