The Role & Your Tasks

Every day we face the challenge of making a difference in the world and so, as an intern (maximum 20h/week), you will contribute to this:

  • Support in processing customer orders – from acceptance to
  • Delivery – including invoicing and insight into the sales-side collection process
  • Participation in the system-side maintenance and review of customer master data, price lists and conditions
  • Getting to know the processes around returns and complaints and supporting their commercial processing
  • Telephone and written communication with various customer groups such as doctors, pharmacies, wholesalers, clinics and special customers
  • Cooperation with key account management and the outside sales force
  • Provision and preparation of sales-related information for internal departments and external partners
  • Insight into the defined order and processing processes in customer service and support in their compliance
  • Support in identifying and implementing measures to optimize efficiency in customer service management
  • Active participation in cross-departmental project teams and support with special orders and project-related tasks
  • Insight into the creation of reports and the monitoring of order and revenue development

Your Skills and Experience

  • Current study of business administration, economics or a comparable course of study, minimum 3rd semester; regular study activity required
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Interest in sales-related and customer-oriented processes
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Structured and meticulous working style
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-initiative and a willingness to learn
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Basic knowledge of using Office 365
  • Very good German and good English skills
